An extensive range of pet care
services are offered 365 days of the year, where we endeavour
to maintain your pet's routine as much as is possible.

We offer a home visiting service as an alternative
to boarding establishments. your pets will be visited in their
own home, once or twice daily, where they will be cared for
in the comfort and security of their own surroundings.
Your pets will be fed, exercised,
water bowls refreshed, any basic grooming and playtime can be
done. Your pets' bedding and eating areas tidied up, any medicine
required for them can be administered, and all pet waste is
collected and disposed of. Any visits required to grooming parlours
or vets can be arranged, especially for long-term minding.
Any
mail collection, garbage bins to go out and basic watering is
offered
in the visit.
We endeavour to stay until your pet
has eaten so we can clean up after them, however we find some
pet/s, especially cats, won't eat until we have left. In these
cases we clean up on the next visit.
As you would expect, cats and dogs
are our most popular clients, but all household pets are catered
for, - from fish, birds and reptiles through to all types of
rodents, rabbits, guinea pigs and turtles.

We provide a range of exercise regimes for your special pooch,
for socialising, exercise and just for fun!
Walks
are offered on a 1/2 hour or 1 hour time frame, mostly around
the
local neighbourhood or to local parks. Regular, casual and holiday
relief
are all catered for.
Outings
are offered on a 1 hour or 1 1/2 hour time frame, in small
groups
(if pets' temperaments are suitable) or individually, usually
to
the local beach or one of the council (off-leash) dog parks
in the
Shire.
Once
again, the outings are offerd daily, weekly, holiday relief
and
long
term packages.
On
return from walks/outings, your pets are given snacks and their
water
bowls refreshed.

One of us will visit your home and meet yourself and your pet/s.
A client sheet is completed with all the relevant details about
your pet/s, their health, temperament status, dietary requirements,
allergies etc and circuit for walking if relevant.
We have you show us where your pet/s
feeding bowls/bedding, leads, food etc are to be kept, and access
onto the property. Contact and vet details are taken, any relevant
keys handed over, and we have you sign an agreement giving us
permission to care for your pet and access any medical treatment
if required in your absences. A deposit is taken for first-time
customers.
Once you have used our service, any
subsequent visits require only a phone call to book us.
